Compose with us a menu for your special event. Our suggestion:
royal broth with noodles served with roasted mushrooms and poultry bites, grilled pork neck steak marinated in honey and balsamic cream, with roasted potato boats in herbs and salad of fresh seasonal vegetables
The buffet could include a farfalle salad with canned ham, peas and corn, a platter of cured meats from the company’s own smokehouse and a platter of hard, aged and mold cheeses, as well as vegan beets stuffed with salad and apple, a pouch of smoked salmon with herbed cottage cheese.
Hot dish (served in the evening): minced scions with herbs in an aromatic hunter’s sauce.
The menu can be modified and expanded.
