Saxophone concert: „Effel Quartet”*
Muzeum Karkonoskie w Jeleniej Górze

The Effel Quartet, founded by saxophone students from the Royal Conservatory in Brussels,
reflects in its performances both the international – Polish, Belgian, German, Spanish and
Hungarian – roots of its members, as well as their shared fascination with the possibilities of the
saxophone as an instrument. Quartet members: David Amadeusz Wolfgang Patyra, Havasi Kristóf János, Jorge Esteban
Larreina, Kacper Puczko.

Jazz concert: Tomasz Pruchnicki Trio*
Pałac Paulinum w Jeleniej Górze

In the Trio’s music, the magical sound of the Hammond organ unites the poles of the saxophone and percussion.
The repertoire composed of works by Tomasz Pruchnicki becomes a canvas for individual and collective
the musicians’ improvisation. In the trio’s energetic music we can find both European jazz and
reminiscences of classical and folk music.

Grzegorz Pałka – drummer, improviser, composer collaborating with artists such as Henryk
Miśkiewicz, Marek Napiórkowski, Andy Middletone, Dorota Miśkiewicz, Kuba Badach, Justyna
Steczkowska, Marek Dyjak, Kasia Moś and many others

Paraluzja is a duo creating unconventional music characterized by stylistic openness,
vitality, expression and a passion for improvisation. All in order to create a dialogue with every
the listener, revealing to them an endless world of musical imagery and spontaneous emotionality
and the richness of experience.

Concert: Anna Rusowicz z zespołem – „Dziewczyna Słońca. Akustycznie”**
Bukowiec. Folwark i Park.

Anna Rusowicz invites you into the colorful, carefree world of the 60s and 70s, when music
united people, gave hope, and was authentic and sincere. Anna is a guardian of the tradition of Polish
big beat, while at the same time adding the freshness and spaciousness of contemporary
arrangements. She takes her audience into a land of beautiful sounds, colorful costumes and
refined harmonies. It is a special project prepared, among other things, from materials from the album nominated for
Fryderyka 2024 the album “Dziewczyna Słońca”.

In the trio, Anna will be joined by: Maciej Samluk – an outstanding guitarist of the young generation, and “the best
harmonica player” in Poland, that is Bartłomiej Łęczycki.

Concert: Julia Pietrucha z zespołem**
Bukowiec. Folwark i Park.

Julia is a versatile artist, combining film, theatre and music, consistently following her own path
creative path. She will take us on a soothing voyage through sunny, folk‑pop melodies that form
the soundtrack of her life’s journeys. We will feel the warmth of her debut album Parsley, the depth and
the folk sounds of Folk it tour and the mature, ethereal space of the album Neonova. A unique,
an original recital full of warmth, nostalgia and beautiful sounds.

Julia will be accompanied on stage by artists who have been working with her for years: Maciej Starnawski i Maciej
Papalski.

Jazz concert: Piotr Baron Quartet – „Karolak songbook”**
Bukowiec. Folwark i Park.

Piotr Baron is a Polish jazz saxophonist, composer and educator who blends jazz
tradition with modern sounds. He has collaborated with the most outstanding artists of the global jazz scene
the jazz world, and his concerts are an unforgettable feast for jazz lovers. Karolak Songbook is a tribute to
Wojciech Karolak, the master of the Hammond organ, created out of heartfelt need, friendship and longing. It is
jazz full of elegance, emotional depth and musical class.

He is accompanied in the project by: Bogusław Kaczmar – piano, Michał Kapczuk – double bass, Łukasz Żyta – drums.
A special guest performance will be given by Andrzej Dąbrowski: drummer, photographer, journalist, rally driver, and above all a vocalist
who has shared the stage with the greatest, including: Krzysztof Komeda, Zbigniew Namysłowski, Jarosław Śmietana,
Michał Urbaniak, Wojciech Karolak, Stan Getz, Jon Hendricks, Bud Powell.

Concert: “Unknown Songs of Jacek Cygan” – concert hosted by Jacek Cygan, vocals by Olga Maroszek and Felipe Vidal. Band: piano and arrangements – Paweł Głowiński, drums – Patryk Dolepski, saxophone – Wojciech Łuczniewski, bass guitar – Grzegorz Nadolny, guitar – Maciej Klik.**

It is a concert like no other. The author never singles out any of his songs. As he says, in order not to
the unknown ones wouldn’t feel sad, because he believes they are beautiful too, and he loves them just as much as the ones that have made
a great career. To preserve the coherence of the concert, the performers are also not widely known to the broader public,
but Jacek Cygan assures that they are outstanding, and the selected songs fit their stage
personality.

Concert: Grupa MoCarta – “Ale kino! czyli muzyka filmowa według Grupy MoCarta”**
Bukowiec. Folwark i Park.

„Ale kino” a playful look at timeless film music hits, a meeting with Charlie
Chaplin, Woody Allen, Tom Hanks… The programme will feature low‑budget effects
special effects worthy of Hollywood blockbusters, a story about the history of cinema, a dancing Lord Vader, and
above all, plenty of wonderful music, seasoned with the masterful sense of humour of the MozART Group.

Through the musical history of cinema, with their characteristic humour and artistry, we will be guided by the ensemble
featuring: Filip Jaślar – violin, Michał Sikorski – violin, Paweł Kowaluk – viola, Bolesław
Błaszczyk – cello.
